Hey there! I’m Alberto García Sewjee, 16 years old right now. I was born in Madrid but I’m half Spanish half South African, and ethnically a part Indian.
After years of letting my awe for Nature, Science, and the beauty of the World as a whole grow inside me, like a powerful vine trapped in a greenhouse, I finally want to break open the windows and let my love for learning and sharing knowledge conquer all continents and rise above the canopy!
My love for nature goes back so far that I’m sure even this tree remembers the moment better than I do!

If you share a deep, unexplainable and almost irrational wonder and love for the incredible beauty that perfumes every corner of the universe, then you have found a sanctuary! Here, I want to share my admiration, not only for the natural world that surrounds us (Greek concept of phýsis, φύσις) but also for the process of discovery, propelled by yearning the moment of reaching an “unconcealedness” (Greek concept of alétheia, αλήθεια). Ἀλήθεια, part of the title of this site, condenses the essence of my passion. It is much more than just truth, it is something that has been unveiled.
Only wind that ventures across the sea is able to move sails. Learning for me is an endless and treacherous pursuit motivated by an almost instinctive desire to reveal, to uncover, to play hide and seek with the universe.

On this website, I will share my experiences in the World (be it in chemistry, philosophy, botany or learning an Amazigh language) and offer my unique outlook so that when combined with others’ perspectives, both can be mutually enriched. Of paramount importance to me, is to sow wonder in others’ hearts. To me, only, and only, through wonder, which is being awestruck by the beauty of life and the World we are quite literally thrown into (see Heidegger’s concept Geworfenheit), does curiosity arise; and only from curiosity, from a thirst to pursue αλήθεια, can knowledge and intelligence truly blossom.
